Shipping methods: DHL, FedEx or Aramex. We usually ship the bags to the United States and United Kingdom by FedEx. To the United Arab Emirates or other countries in the Middle East, we use Aramex.
Shipping time: FedEx or DHL usually takes about 3 to 5 business days. Sometimes it will take longer if there are too many packages stuck at the warehouse of DHL or FedEx, that will need 7 business days. Aramex shipping will take 5 to 7 business days. Delivery time will be extended in the event of blizzards or other severe weather.
Production time: each bag on our website is in stock, but for some specific bag, it needs to be customized, the production will need about 5 to 7 business days, depending on the amount of the crystals used on the bag, sometimes it will need longer time, because each piece of crystal is hand set.
Return: if you receive a wrong bag or a damaged bag, please send us pictures, after confirm, we can arrange return and refund. If the bag is lost during shipping, please let us know, our email address is berrymoon86@gmail.com, after the investigation by FedEx or DHL, we will re-ship a new bag to you or give you a full refund. We are not responsible if you accidentally drop your bag and it breaks. By the way, there will be a heavy duty in China Custom if you ship the bag by DHL of FedEx, we suggest you use common registered air mail, or you need to pay the duty bill.
Refund: we will refund you through PayPal or Wise. The shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount you paid.
